Ner Syore Return and Refund Policy

At Ner Syore, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you based on the following terms:

1. Return and Exchange Period

• You may request a return or exchange of products within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging, and all included accessories.

• The original purchase invoice or order number must be provided to process the request.

• Products that have been modified or used in a manner inconsistent with the operating instructions are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Eligible Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

• Free gifts or promotional items included with the order.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions, the refund process will be completed within 7–14 business days.

• The refund will be credited back through the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, the store will bear all shipping costs.

• If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return the product to the store
